Manage deployments, migrations, and upgrades of customer solutions and services such as servers, switches, firewalls, PBX, LAN, and WiFi.
Primary Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources
·
Own the full project from initiation to deployment for multiple customer implementations simultaneously
·
Develop and successfully manage the project plan, schedule, and managed to budget
·
Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership
·
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship and communication with the internal subject matter experts and customer
·
Report on post-project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
Required Skills & Experience
·
2-4 years of business technology project management experience
·
Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, analytical, assertive, and results-oriented individual
·
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
·
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
