• Change Orders
• Support Client BPO Change Orders.
• Perform ad-hoc analytics (RFP, spend, efficient buying channels, etc.).
• Stay updated on online portal changes.
• Assist Consulting Services Director with Category Activities.
• Manage version control for all consulting materials.
• Develop training manuals and document processes.
• Input contracts into the contracting system as a Sourcing Associate.
• Help with RFI's and RFP's to onboard new preferred contractors.
• Analyze data on compliance and training program effectiveness.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
• Strong Communication Skills across all levels of the organization.
• Send out quarterly newsletters to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage program satisfaction surveys, reporting, and analysis.
• Interact with suppliers for various program needs.
• Engage in Spend Cleansing tasks.
• Assist in category classification alignment.
