    Description

    Job Title

    A Residential Remodeling Project Manager is required to lead our team in delivering exceptional residential remodeling services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Schedule and oversee trade partners to ensure high-quality results.
    • Maintain daily communication with clients through weekly face-to-face meetings.
    • Collect payments from clients in a timely manner.
    • Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
    • Knowledge of applicable building codes and regulations.
    • Extensive experience in rough and finish carpentry, including training and certifications.
    • Familiarity with a broad range of construction methods and techniques.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and cloud-based software applications.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and supervisory skills.
    • Good understanding of all trades relevant to residential construction.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with clients throughout the project.
    • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Valid driver's license and good driving record.

    Work Details:

    • Full-time position.
    • $80,000 - $100,000 per year salary range.
    • Benefits package includes 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, health savings account, paid time off, and vision insurance.

    Schedule:

    • 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
    • On-call duties may be required.

    Work Environment:

    • On-site work at client locations.
