    A client in the Nashville, TN area is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team. This person will oversee the Sales Reps on the team as they get hands on with direct sales.

    You'll help and oversee Sales Representatives to help them strategize on prospecting in the market place, analyzing, and qualifying leads.

    This company has 414 firms across the U.S they've targeted and identified.

    These sales reps will need to use their financial industry experience, knowledge, and expertise to prospect at those firms, reach out, dig in and analyze potential opportunities at those companies.

    This includes creating strategy when targeting and prospecting leads, building relationships, evaluating decision makers, strategizing with internal account managers and the Channel Manager to pipeline and execute on business deals.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • 10 years experience in a Sales Representative, Account Executive, Account Management, or Sales management related role
    • Experience displaying and exhibiting strong leadership capabilities
    • Experience working within a Fintech industry has experience selling to banks, credit unions, etc.
    • Ability to lead and guide a team on sales strategies, offer direction, and experience guiding sales individuals on a path of growth to meet professional and financial goals
    • Local to Nashville, TN and open to 4 days onsite
