- Lead AI product implementation including strategy & execution to take the first version of product to market (working initially as a senior individual contributor and building a team over time)
- Working across teams to develop and architect Generative AI solutions using ML and GenAI
- Evaluating and selecting appropriate AI tools and machine learning models for tasks, as well as building and training working versions of those models using Python and other open-source technologies
- Working with leadership and stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and promote strategy
- Building and prioritizing backlog for future machine-learning enabled features to support client business processes
- Train, fine-tune and evaluate models using large datasets & Troubleshoot code to ensure high-quality results
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of generative AI and apply them to our product
- Collaborate with other engineers and researchers to develop innovative solutions
- Implement data-driven solutions to meet business requirements
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to improve business outcomes
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in developing ML/AI models working closely with generative AI tools
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art generative AI models such as LLama, Phi-2, Mixtral, LLava, and GPT4
- Experience with training and evaluating large-scale models on high-performance computing clusters
- Strong understanding of deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with scaling up generative models and deploying them in production environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to stay current with best practices and new technology solutions in the field
- Ability to quickly identify opportunities for model improvement
