    Job Description


    Insight Global is looking for a highly motivated, communicative individual to work for a large pulp, paper, and energy company in the Charlotte area.

    Within the role on a day-to-day basis, this person will:

    receive a customer request for a new part that has broken on their machine (typically a boiler).


    After receiving the customer request, this person will work within ERP systems and Salesforce to check pricing, inventory, and location of the part needed.


    They will then communicate with the customer to give them a quote, get the order from the customer, enter it in the system, and keep the customer informed on the part's delivery date.


    We are looking for someone with a "speed to serve" mentality, and someone who can work quickly and efficiently towards deadlines.

    Skills and Requirements

    Associate degree

    order entry and handling, spare parts experience, manufacturing background

    1-5 years of customer service experience and/or training

    Good computer skills in ERP, SAP, Salesforce, OR any system utilizing order entry

    Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools

    Knowledge of Microsoft Suite - Understanding of the manufacturing environment

    Hands-on experience

    Logistics in their background

    Ability to read and understand drawings and schematics null
