    Senior Account Executive Position at Leading SaaS Platform


    We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our successful sales team at a leading SaaS platform for global manufacturers. Our platform helps manufacturers enhance performance by digitally unifying their people, processes, and machines.

    The Account Executive will play a key role in executing our sales strategy within an assigned region, driving revenue growth by expanding the current customer base and establishing relationships with new customers.

    Key responsibilities of the role include:

    • Process-oriented, highly motivated self-starter
    • Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in email
    • Desired traits of being humble, hardy, hungry, helpful, with a sense of humor and a big heart
    • Proven experience in selling SaaS with a strong track record of quota attainment
    • 3-5 years of experience in closing deals and navigating complex procurement and legal processes
    • Proficiency in prospecting, developing sales opportunities, creating urgency, negotiating, and winning customers
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    • Customer-centric approach with experience in consultative or solution selling
    • Ability to personally prospect for new sales meetings, build relationships, and drive business growth
    • Act as a product expert, educating prospects, addressing their needs, and advancing sales opportunities
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in delivering value to customers
    • Achieve and exceed new sales quota targets by running a full sales cycle and solving client challenges
    • Effectively articulate value proposition and ROI to prospects
    • Strategize, negotiate, and close deals to drive business growth
