    Summary:


    The Treasury Analyst works with the Treasury Manager managing the accounting records and assists in the production of financial reports.

    The Treasury analyst assists with all aspects of overseeing the accounting functions associated with cash and investments, including budgets and forecasts, and ensuring appropriate controls are maintained.


    Duties/Responsibilities:
    Cash Management
    Develop and Prepare routine Cash Reporting that is easy to understand
    Prepare Financial Analysis independently
    Prepare Cash Advance Reports
    Prepare Budgets and Forecasts
    Prepare other supporting reports and schedules as needed
    Reconciliations
    Compile and organize all the GL & Bank Reconciliations prepared within the accounting department
    Perform basic analytical procedures on the P&L to look for outliers
    Reconcile all the Bank Accounts for DOWC & DOWC Tech
    Reconcile Intercompany Due To/From Recon accounts
    Reconcile Cash Advances and Line of Credits
    Reconcile/Prepare schedules for cash and investments
    Follow-up to get satisfactory resolution of any suspense or reconciling items on a timely basis
    General
    Prepare and post accurate journal entries independently
    Prepare clear and concise documentation of all work performed
    MUST be a self-starter and eager to learn
    Follow established processes and recommend improvements
    Document formal procedures for all areas of responsibility
    Other duties will be at the discretion of management.


    Education and Required Skills/Abilities:
    Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
    1+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
    Experience building internal relationships and working across a highly matrixed organization
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Prior experience with Accounting Information Systems
    Passionate individual with advanced report building knowledge.
    Experience working with fixed income investments a plus.
    Willingness to take accountability and initiative
    Excellent computer skills including Strong Excel
    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
