    *Wynhoven Community Care Center *is seeking a *FULL-TIME Floor Nurse LPN*We invite you to become a part of an innovative team and one of the fastest-growing Retirement Living, Home Health and Hospice Companies that spans across Louisiana and Mississippi with over 2,000 healthcare professionals

    *Essential Responsibilities
    • Evaluates the physical, emotional, and social needs of the residents. Reviews residents care plans, assures plans are followed and documents resident medical records
    • Supervises care provided by the Nursing Assistants assigned to the unit, providing intervention, education, and assignment adjustments
    • Prepares and administers medication and treatments
    • Consults with physicians
    • Receives and records orders as required
    *Qualifications
    • Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
    • Current/active CPR certification preferred
    • Long-term care experience preferred
    • Other Qualifications
    • Has not been excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs.
    • Maintains eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment.
    • Participate in pre-employment and annual Tuberculosis screening.
