    Description

    Job Title: Cloud Data Engineer - Azure
    Job Location: Johns Creek, GA or Remote
    Job Type: Direct Hire/FTE; US Citizens and/or Green Card holders only
    Workplace Schedule: Mon - Fri, standard business hours;
    Must be able to work in the US without employer sponsorship

    The Cloud Data Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing Analytics solutions as part of a team. They will function as a technical consultant and work with the client to facilitate project success.
    Qualifications

    • Experience with Microsoft database and BI technologies
    • Experience with:
      • Azure Data Lake Storage
      • Azure SQL DW / Azure Synapse
      • Azure Data Factory
      • MPP architecture
      • PolyBase
    • T-SQL development experience
    • Experienced with data modeling and database design
    • Experience defining and implementing strategies for extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple data sources into large enterprise data warehouses
    • Performance analysis and tuning experience
    • Experience with Data Warehouse or Big Data solutions
    • Rapid prototyping experience
    • Databricks experience is a plus
    • Python experience is a plus
    • BS/MS in Computer Science or related
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Works well as part of a team
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
