We're partnering with an innovative biopharmaceutical organization building a modern digitally enabled commercial model within psychiatry and CNS.This is a high-impact leadership role for proven frontline managers ready to step into broader regional responsibility and help drive a key brand through launch and growth phases.
Responsibilities
- The Regional Business Director is responsible for overall commercial performance across the Central PA territory.
- This leader will inherit and scale an existing team of Specialty Account Managers drive execution across live and virtual channels coach and develop talent partner cross-functionally to maximize regional results.
