- Resolve Maintenance issues in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
- Manage records of activity in maintenance log.
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
- Provide preventive maintenance to all systems on property.
- Maintain cleaning and maintenance grounds, include common areas as needed.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service when interfacing with residents.
- Minimum 2 years of Maintenance experience, or relative.
- Have reliable transportation and/or a valid driver's license.
- Willing to submit a background check.
- 8 hour shift
- Day/Night shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed – on call rotation
