Axient is seeking a SeniorProject Management Specialist
to support the 96 OG Det 2, at Tinker AFB, OK.
In this role, you will work as a member of an integrated product team to develop and test new and existing capabilities for the US Air Force.
This position requires an individual with motivation and initiative to support flight testing on the E-3 and E-7 aircraft.Responsibilities
Provide advice and assistance supporting flight operations and distributing relevant information regarding aviation service and resource management.
Advise and assist in maintaining and/or executing procedures for: pre-mission Go/No-Go review, post-mission review, flight/ground documentation review, flight authorizations, Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) mission accomplishment reports and training, input and audit of flying hours.
Assists in various operations-related tasks and processes such as: aircraft mishaps, AF Form 4324 Aircraft Assignment/Aircrew Qualification Worksheet (training profiles/assignment, deletions, etc.), end-of-cycle training close- out to include proration, AF Form 2992 management (temporary disqualification).
As needed, assists in audits of AF Form 4324/Letter of Xs (formal document name designating and identifying units on the flying roster)/Training Profile Assignment Listing, retention and disposition of training and ARMS products, Aviation Training Management folders.
As needed, assists in retention and disposition of Flight Evaluation folders, Aircrew Training folders, Letter of Attachments, in/out-processing, Flight Information Publications, and Technical Order Distribution Office account management.
Integrates multiple-MAJCOM training and flying currency directives into ARMS processes.Performs other tasks as assigned by the TMAS Task Lead, within the limits of the current TMAS Performance Work Statement.
QualificationsLevel 4 position:
Requires over 10 years of experience and a Master's degree in the applicable discipline.
12 years' work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree
Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Active Secret Clearance at a minimum is required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PEX, and ARMS applications.
Recent (within past 6 months) Aviation Resource Management experience.
Ability to integrate multiple MAJCOM guidance into the ARMS processes.
Experience working in AF organizations highly desired.
DoD Test and Evaluation program experience highly desired.
E-3 (AWACS) experience highly desired.
