The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering an unparalleled client experience with a willingness to learn and grow as part of a financial team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our Independent Financial Advisors. You will connect with clients and develop relationships as they navigate wealth management.Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
Assist financial advisors in managing administrative tasks, including account opening, documentation, and transaction processing.
Ensure all client records are accurately maintained and updated in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Communicate proactively with clients to convey updates, gather necessary information, and address any queries or concerns.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify potential opportunities for financial planning.
Manage a diverse set of tasks with efficiency, prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and resolution.
Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards.
Ensure all client interactions and documentation adhere to regulatory requirements.

RequirementsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Previous experience in a client service role within the financial services industry is preferred.
Knowledge of Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
Work Environment:
The role offers a dynamic work environment within the financial services sector, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00-5:00 pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Salary Description $50,000 - $60,000 DOE
