The Front Desk Surgery Scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring smooth coordination between patients, providers, and surgical facilities as well as assisting in all front desk department functions.The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Schedules office and hospital based medical procedures for patients with appropriate provider and time/location slot,
- Interfaces with appropriate vendor staff to ensure all necessary equipment will be on site for office and hospital-based procedures.
