Trek Service Technician/Bicycle Mechanic

We're a dynamic team at Trek, passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Service Technician/Advisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' bikes run smoothly and efficiently.

• You'll troubleshoot repairs and service various types of bikes on the spot, installing accessories as needed.
• Be one of the first to get hands-on experience with brand new models before they hit the sales floor.

In this role, you'll build strong relationships with customers who trust you to keep their gear running flawlessly. You'll closely support the Service Manager and represent the department when they're unavailable.
