    We are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to support our wealth management firm in Cleveland, Ohio. The role involves complex functions such as account onboarding and setup, standardized reporting, transaction entry, performance and account reconciliation, and system maintenance.

    • Handles and executes departmental tasks
    • Assists with training and development of team members
    • Takes the lead on key operational processes to ensure efficiency
    • Performs account setup and maintenance across portfolio accounting systems
    • Executes standard transactions/processes utilizing procedures
    • Manual account/performance reconciliation and transaction entry
    • Monitors client investments and enters transactions across systems
    • Assists with daily production activities and executes requests
    • Interacts with custodians to resolve discrepancies
    • Utilizes policies and procedures and recommends enhancements
    • Creates and monitors asset setups/classifications
    • Executes monthly and quarterly standardized reporting
    • Assists with data aggregation setup
    • Saves and organizes documents
    • Processes account closing and offboarding
    • Documents procedures as needed

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or Finance
    • 5-7 years of experience in financial services or wealth management operations
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple requests
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Able to analyze and resolve complex problems independently
