- Bachelor's Degree in Geology or Civil Engineering (ABET accredited program)
- Licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey
- Valid Driver's License
- 12+ years of experience in planning, implementing, and managing large-scale subsurface investigation programs
- Experience with foundation design, soil stability analysis as well as related laboratory testing, preparation of contract documents, and project management
- Strong communication, data management and technical writing skills, both oral and written
