JOB IS LOCATED IN THE SEATTLE, WA AREA. GENEROUS RELOCATION PKG. PROVIDED

Leading specialty offset printing and converting company in WA is searching to hire an experienced Print Production Manager for day shift.
Responsibilities include:

• Develop and manage the daily/weekly/monthly goals for the production depts. to ensure that company meets weekly capacity and scheduling and delivery requirements.
• Minimize costs wherever possible and ensure that Best Work Practices are maintained.
• Responsible for sheetfed offset, converting, and inkjet labelling departments.
• Lead, coach and develop high performing teams.
• Continuously identify areas for Process Improvements using data. Make adjustments, measure and evaluate results.
• Report regularly on production status to the plant manager.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years' print production management experience.; offset sheetfed experience preferred.
• Good technical knowledge of offset printing, die cutting and laminating operations.
• Experience implementing and developing Continuous Improvement Practices/ to improve efficiencies, reduce waste and down times.
• Excellent communication skills engaging with hourly employees and first line supervisors.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and employee training skills.
• PC proficient.

Starting salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 + excellent health care, 401k match, profit sharing, and relocation package.
