What You Will Do:
Responsibility for the day-to-day clinical operationsLead by example by carrying a caseload and creating individualized care plans for each clientMarket to local referral sources and community to grow the businessUtilize patient centered metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and clinical efficiencyManage schedule and payrollTraining of new employees for their role and responsibilitiesIdentify staff development opportunities to facilitate advancement of their clinical skillsComply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulationsWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.

Physical Requirements:
Mobility:
Ability to move around freely to assist patients and therapists
