Description

Clears all used tableware, napkins and refuse from tables to tubs in bus station and wipes table, chairs and clears debris and crumbs from floor areas surrounding table. As part of compensation for this position, said employees are included in the tip pool. The tip pool consists of all discretionary tips collected directly from guests and are split between all included employees via a point system.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Reset tables according to specifications and standards of the restaurant.
• Remove plates and silverware when guests are finished (prebus).
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Work with a spirit of teamwork. Communicate needs and ideas to management.
• Perform side work as needed throughout shift.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Make constant rounds of the restaurant ensuring all guest's tables are attended to with regards to cleanliness, proper utensils, napkins, water supplies, and condiments.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant is maintained to standards.

Language Skills

• Previous experience preferred
