Insight Global is looking for a Community Manager to join a large multi-family residential development firm. As a Community Manager, you will maintain a best-in-class, customer-centric, culture while delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to, achieving operational excellence by managing net operating income, occupancy, collections, and home sales.

The breakdown of responsibilities consists of:

• Team Management and Leadership (~30% of time)
• Resident Relations and Retention (~25% of time)
• Sales and Leasing (~25% of time)
• Net-Operating Income (NOI) Management (~10% of time)
• Collections (~5% of time)
• Curb Appeal (~5% of time)
• Manufactured home experience
• Experience owning monthly P&L
• 3+ years of experience in multi-family home property management
• Experience handling rent collections, tracking net-operating income, overseeing sales, cultivating resident satisfaction, and leading community marketing efforts.
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• High school diploma or GED
