    Hybrid Mental Health Therapist (Associate or Fully Licensed)
    Pay: $50 per billable session | $50 per CCA | $60 per in-person or same-day CCA
    Location: Hybrid - Primary Office in Bladen County, NC (serving Bladen, Cumberland, Columbus, and Robeson Counties)

    What You'll Do:
    • Provide individual therapy (ages 10+) using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.
    • Conduct Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCAs) and treatment plans both remotely and in-person during scheduled office hours.
    • Maintain weekly office hours at our Bladen County office and provide services in surrounding counties (Cumberland, Columbus, and Robeson).
    • Travel locally for client services and community-based work (mileage reimbursed).
    • Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
    • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our EHR system.
    • Attend virtual team meetings and maintain a minimum caseload.
    Requirements:
    • Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage/family therapy, or related field.
    • Active NC license (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LCAS) or associate-level license with supervision agreement.
    • Strong writing and organizational skills.
    • Comfortable delivering telehealth services and in-person care.
    • Able to complete Medicaid credentialing and background check.
    Compensation & Perks:
    • $50 per billable therapy session
    • $50 per Comprehensive Clinical Assessment (CCA)
    • Walk-In Premium Pay: $60 per CCA for same-day, in-person, after-hours, or weekend assessments
