Join us and become a part of a team where innovation meets tradition, and where your dedication to excellence is not just appreciated-its celebratedDuties & Tasks (include but not limited to):Provide support for internal and external customers on complex daily digital banking services (online/mobile banking, bill pay, external transfers, Zelle, eStatements, etc.)Work with external vendors to resolve customer issues and inquiries.
ACH, Wire, and Item & Exception ProcessingWork with the team to build library of process documentation, procedures and tools while identifying opportunities to improve, simplify and make processes more efficient.
Required skills:
Knowledge of the Funds and Files Transfer Services and Operating RulesStrong working knowledge of various bank regulationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong computer skills a must, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.
Must be able to work effectively in Internet browser-based systemsStrong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasksReliability, flexibility, professional etiquette and sound judgement are importantTeam player with proven ability to work cooperatively but also assume administrative responsibilitiesQualifications:3-5 years Deposit Operations experience required with an emphasis on electronic-based financial service preferred.
