    Position Overview:


    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Geotechnical Project Manager to join the dynamic team in Jacksonville, FL.

    The successful candidate will lead geotechnical engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest level of technical quality, client satisfaction, and project profitability.

    As a key member of the team, the Senior Geotechnical Project Manager will provide technical expertise, mentorship, and leadership to junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead geotechnical engineering projects, including site investigations, field testing, laboratory testing, data analysis, and engineering design.
    Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources effectively to meet client expectations and project goals.
    Conduct geotechnical analyses and prepare engineering reports, drawings, and specifications in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

    Communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and internal team members to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and objectives.

    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing within the team.

    Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation, client meetings, and presentations, to expand the firm's client base and project portfolio.

    Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards on all projects.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
    Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Florida.
    Minimum of 8 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, including project management experience.
    Strong technical expertise in geotechnical engineering principles, soil mechanics, foundation design, and slope stability analysis.
    Proficiency in geotechnical analysis software such as gINT, PLAXIS, and Slope/W.
    Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    Proven track record of successfully managing geotechnical engineering projects of varying complexity and size.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
