    Please note: This is an in-person position at our Lansing office

    Your Role in Making an Impact:

    • Review, track, and document compliance with training, education, and assessments
    • Manage recruitment processes and coordinate interviews
    • Conduct background checks and verify employee eligibility
    • Lead new hire orientation and employee recognition initiatives
    • Administer human resource programs and ensure adherence to regulations
    • Handle employment inquiries and participate in disciplinary procedures
    • Stay updated on HR trends, laws, and best practices
    • Other duties as required

    Your Standout Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field, or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of two years in a similar role with proficient knowledge of personnel systems
    • Skill in Microsoft Office and Google applications
