    Customer Service Agent - Remote

    We are committed to empowering our customers to create a healthier, cleaner and safer world. Our team works collaboratively to develop innovative solutions to pressing global challenges, including environmental protection, food safety and disease eradication.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure timely delivery of clinical trial shipments to patients within client specifications.
    • Monitor pharmaceutical shipments with carriers and last mile delivery providers, addressing any issues that arise.

    We require a skilled Customer Service Agent to handle daily interactions with customers and suppliers via phone and email. The successful candidate will provide accurate status updates, maintain proactive carrier and shipment tracking, and resolve vendor issues.

    The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 4 years of proven experience in logistics, customer service or a related field. Strong written and verbal skills, proficiency in Outlook and Excel, and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

    This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
