What You'll Do Day to Day:
Responsible for leading the day-to-day management, relationship, project delivery and strategic planning for a group of digital partners. Accountable to assess business opportunities, drive key insights, and deliver on new growth initiatives. Effectively works cross-functionally with multiple departments (legal, product, risk, marketing, and operations) to identify growth opportunities and ensure partners have all the tools to run a successful program.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Manage a portfolio of 10-20 accounts to foster long-term, strategic business relationships with our partners.
- Lead discussions with partners about their needs and growth opportunities.
- Set partner growth plans, driving analytics, and delivering recommendations to current and new partners.
- Work directly with external partners to generate new leads and customers, developing marketing strategies and identifying new acquisition opportunities for personal loan product.
- Formulate strategies and initiatives to grow partner portfolio through insights and data around product, operations, marketing, customer experience and more.
- Monitor partner portfolio reporting and updates and present to pertinent committees and/or business lines, as needed.
- Responsible for key performance indicators of each partnership to ensure customer centric goals are met while maintaining profitability and efficiency.
- Advocate internally for partner needs and complete product feedback loops to help guide product roadmap direction.
- Collaborate across the organization to review, expand, and improve LendingPoint's product and relationship with the partner.
- Maintain a strong understanding of business decisions and system changes (i.e., risk, product, operations) that affect partners.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role (consulting, finance, analytics, etc.)
- Proven experience managing business client relationships in a banking, technology, or marketing position
- Firm grasp on current and emerging banking and lending technologies
- Track record of successfully driving projects from end to end (from building strategy to execution)
- Ability to think critically and make solid strategic decisions to achieve business goals
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment and cross-functionally
