    Job Summary

    A Cabin Sales Assistant is a step up from a typical receptionist. The Cabin Sales Assistant will assist customers with purchasing a cabin or related products and services. The primary duties include greeting customers, vendors, potential employees and the day to day receptionist duties. In addition, Cabin Sales Assistant should also have excellent communication and customer service skills, be detail-oriented and organized, and have a friendly and welcoming demeanor. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team and have a passion for the industry.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Greeting customers and vendors
    • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner and directing them to appropriate person or department
    • Maintain the sales reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
    • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including scanning, emailing, and making copies
    • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
    • Receive deliveries, including raw materials
    • Providing outstanding customer service
    • Be a host to customers in the sales waiting area
    • Take inventory of supplies in the sales area and restock as needed
    • CRM Input
    • Support Sales Process
    • Appointment setting
    • Other duties as assigned

    Skills/Abilities:

    • Ability to convey a positive and professional image.
    • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
    • Team player and has the enthusiasm to learn.
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, organize, and take the initiative with tasks and various projects
    • Works well with deadlines, independently or as a group

    Experience:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 3-5 years of experience in a front-desk role, or customer service position preferred

    Work Location/Hours:

    • Cleburne Cabin Park
    • Hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 8am-5pm
    • This position is strictly an office environment and is not Remote/Hybrid. You must report to the Cleburne Cabin Park. This is a non-negotiable
