- Staff the facility to meet the needs of the business.
- Accountable for compliance with regard to company policy and labor laws to include but not limited to safety, quality assurance, sanitation, etc.
- Establishes, coordinates, and administers quality control programs that include audits of shopper selection totes, and driver deliveries.
- Administers process to verify all company, 3rd party. DSD billings and ledger verifications are accurate.
- Conducts monthly safety meetings and ensures the facility is free of any safety hazards.
- Well versed on existing labor agreements and assists facility manager in ensuring full compliance to program.
- Experienced in benefit package administration and acts as a resource to associates and management staff.

- Bachelor's Degree
