Herndon, VA - Remote/Hybrid (2-3 days on-site)
Job Type: 9-month Contract to Hire (Will go perm at 9 months)

Clearance:
Active Secret Clearance (Can hold up to a Top Secret SCI)

Pay Rate:
$55/hr

- $70/hr

Perm Rate:
$130,000/yr.-$140,000/yr


Position Overview:
Our client is seeking two Maximo Functional Analysts to join and support their developers
This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation & Application Architecture Definition and Design
The candidate will play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts, delivering high quality code deliverables for a module, & leading validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Maximo

• Active Secret Clearance

• Proficient in SQL to support Reporting and ad hoc queries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
• Excellent analytical and technical skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills Preferred Skills (Not Required):
• Maximo certifications Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, recommend, and implement agreed upon leading industry practices, process methodologies, new technologies, and streamlined approaches that afford the client the ability to improve system performance.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Maximo with a focus on facilities management.
• Provide support to maintain IBM's Maximo to ensure that all Maximo Users have a stable platform to perform daily operations.
• Provide technical and business level assistance, incident resolution, and daily support to the Maximo user community.
• Maintain and enhance the functionality, reliability, availability, performance, stability, sustainability, and security of the Maximo application and its databases and tools.
• Implement best practices, create, and improve Maximo business processes to manage work management, logistics, and property management processes.
• Support the validation and testing of deliverable products in accordance with our customer's approved processes.
