    LHH is seeking a full-time Lighting Controls Technician to provide on-site startup/programming services for our lighting control manufacturers. Services will include conducting pre-installation meetings and site visits, answering customer questions related to install and programming, on-site troubleshooting, pairing and ID'ing of system components, configuration of systems, and owner training. All required training will be provided by Visual Interest. This is a salaried position.

    Individual will manage their own time, and will perform services on active construction sites before, during and after construction is completed. In-office time will be required for meetings and coordination. We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented and approachable individual to provide excellent customer service to our customers. Position could evolve into a programming/startup role over time.

    -Salary Range: $65K-$85K

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • On-site pairing, programming, and testing of lighting controls devices and equipment.
    • On-site troubleshooting and testing of existing and new systems.
    • On-site owner training of lighting controls systems.
    • Attending meetings and site visits to provide direction to contractors for install of lighting controls systems.
    • Communicating with customers in-person and on the phone.
    • Attending educational classes and trainings as needed.
    • Providing quick responses to all emails and calls.
    • Providing assistance to streamline the installation and startup of systems.
    • Travel involving overnight stays, both in-state and out-of-state.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1-3 years of experience in construction industry with electrical emphasis.
    • Background in electrical systems wiring.
    • Bachelor's degree or applicable vocational degree and experience.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.
    • Reliable transportation.


    Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
