- Demonstrate ability to understand and comply with company, project, and contractual requirements.
- Organize, file, and track all project coordination and correspondence.
- Develop bid packages for subcontractors and vendors.
- Scope out subcontractors and vendors and issue purchase orders.
- Assist Project Managers with managing work sequences, procurement, and project schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of Bluebeam and reading blueprints is a plus.
