    Description

    Construction Project Coordinator

    A Construction Company in the Anaheim area is seeking to hire a Construction Project Coordinator with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in an office support role.

    • Demonstrate ability to understand and comply with company, project, and contractual requirements.
    • Organize, file, and track all project coordination and correspondence.
    • Develop bid packages for subcontractors and vendors.
    • Scope out subcontractors and vendors and issue purchase orders.
    • Assist Project Managers with managing work sequences, procurement, and project schedules.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
    • Knowledge of Bluebeam and reading blueprints is a plus.
