- Perform janitorial duties, such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, emptying trash cans, and general cleaning
- Perform office cleaning duties including cleaning all windows and door windows; dusting all cabinets, racks and shelving, countertops, desk, walls, vent hoods, doors, ceiling vents and light fixtures; sweeping and mopping office floors
- Perform bathroom cleaning duties including sweeping and mopping bathroom floor, cleaning the walls as needed, cleaning toilet outside and inside, washing of mirror, and cleaning of sink inside and outside
- Perform cleaning duties in break areas and common areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, countertops, appliances, sinks, and walls; cleaning windows, and sweeping and mopping floors
- Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
- Maintain orderly and clean work area
- Ability to plan tasks in orderly manner
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Able to be proactive in seeking solutions
