They are looking for a dynamic Senior Benefits Analyst to join their team The Senior Benefits Analyst will be responsible for managing the employee benefits programs while also maintaining focus on health and welfare. The ideal Senior Benefits Analyst will have global experience in benefits administration.

Senior Benefits Analyst Responsibilities:

• Utilize global expertise to ensure benefits compliance across regions
• Collaborate with HR teams to enhance employee well-being and satisfaction
• Use tools such as Excel or Tableau to create dashboards and reports on benefits information to present to senior leadership

Senior Benefits Analyst Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of direct benefits experience
• Focused primarily on health and welfare
• Global experience required
• Professional/corporate setting background
• Specialized in health and welfare programs
• Proven global experience in benefits administration
• Background in a professional/corporate setting
• Hybrid work model
• On-site presence required three days per week in downtown Chicago
