Description
:+ Help lead project by working closely with architects, engineers, client, and internal Project Managers/Superintendents
+ Working with JOCs
+ Manage client expectations by providing continuous communication on project budget and schedule
+ Assist with comprehensive project schedules
+ Oversee the submittal, change order, and pay request process
+ Collaborate with field superintendents and subcontractors to ensure a smooth project schedule
+ Mediate field conflicts between subcontractors
+ Negotiate and write contracts with subcontractors and vendors
+ Expedite permitting with state and local government agencies
+ Organize project weather logs, safety reports, and daily Superintendent reports
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil Engineering strongly preferred
+ Project experience from commercial projects
+ Great organization skills
+ Ability to multitask (Will be working on multiple projects at the same time)
+ 1+ years of Construction General Contractors experience
+ Experience with RFIs and Submittals
+ Experience with Construction Software: Bluebeam, Submittal Exchange (or similar)
