    People Operations Analyst

    Work Location - In Person: Austin, TX

    Position Overview:

    We are currently in search of a People Operations Analyst to join our growing operations team as the founding member of our HR organization at Semi-Stow: Superior Truck & Trailer Storage. In this pivotal role, you will assume responsibility for strategy, development, and execution of three core functions: Human Resources, Payroll Administration, and Corporate Recruiting. The ideal candidate will bring a demonstrable track record of successfully executing across these functions with ambition for or historic leadership experience. Key responsibilities include proactively forecasting, measuring, and surpassing operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial targets. Furthermore, we are seeking an individual with a strong commitment to the continuous development and optimization of scalable operational processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Recruitment: Establish and operate an Applicant Tracking System fulfilling the needs of hiring managers across the organization
    • HR Administration: Develop and operate our HR system and its compliant operating practices
    • Benefits Administration: Onboard and offboard employees from our benefits program
    • Payroll Processing: Coordinate and execute successful payroll processing compliant with tax and legal requirements
    • Employee Onboarding: Develop our onboarding process including benefits administration
    • Strategic Process Development: Continuously develop and improve scalable systems that bring us closer to our mission of providing the highest quality network of commercial vehicle parking solutions
    • Risk Mitigation: Identify and proactively solve blockers or at-risk items
    • Cost Management: Develop and optimize cost-saving strategies as a steward of the company

    Qualifications

    • Culture Warrior
    • Bachelor's degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
    • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, Recruiting, and Payroll functions
    • 1+ years in operations analytics, utilizing data to meet company objectives
    • Admin experience in one-to-many HR, Recruiting, and Payroll platforms.
    • Experience in a fast-growing startup or a background in management consulting
