- Respond to incidents and critical scenarios with a problem-solving approach
- Conduct routine patrols around the premises and surrounding areas, adapting to different working conditions depending on the client site
- Minimum age of 21 for armed positions
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of relevant experience
- DOD secret clearance required
- .40 caliber CA firearms permit necessary
- At least 1 year of security experience
- Background check and drug screening required
- Participate in industry-specific safety and security training programs
