Position: Project Manager

Locations: Mitchellville, Maryland – Annapolis, Maryland – Belcamp, Maryland

Duration: Perm

Salary Range: $115,000-$140,000

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University
• PE License Required or willing to obtain
• Candidates with relevant work experience in locations preferred.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, SewerCAD, ICPR4 (cert specific to florida locations) knowledge preferred.

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager in a variety of locations across the country. The Project Manager will be responsible for working with a dynamic and growing multi-disciplinary firm on land development projects. They will actively participate in the growth of our firm as well as provide leadership & management to our team of engineers and designers.

Other Responsibilities Include:

• • Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project duration.
  • Oversee contract procurement, administration, and project coordination.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  • Possess expertise in potable water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, and roadway design.
  • Guide projects from entitlements through construction phases.
  • Efficiently handle multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies, with a preference for local experience.
  • Develop and execute complex permitting strategies to meet project schedules for diverse projects, ranging from large-scale developments to compact commercial infills.
  • Actively participate in company marketing efforts to enhance the company's profile and foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients and governmental agencies (local experience preferred)
  • Train, lead, and mentor team members to ensure their professional growth and project success.
