Job summary
This position provides oversight for Facilities Operations & Safety administrative support functions for US locations as assigned.Reporting to the AVP Facilities Operations & Safety, this role is responsible for multiple software support applications, utility payment oversight, coordinating with internal and external business partners,
Collaborate with internal ServiceNow support partners to identify and action updates and performance improvements on a regular basis.
- Administer and maintain ServiceNow CMMS system.
- Communicate with stakeholders on status of work orders.
