About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its transformative efforts in addressing the region's affordable housing crisis. The CEO will be responsible for driving a comprehensive approach to the three pillars of affordable housing: protecting tenants, preserving affordable housing, and producing new affordable housing. This multi-pronged strategy demands a leader who can think systemically, act decisively, and navigate complex political landscapes while maintaining a focus on measurable outcomes. The successful candidate will be tasked with building an innovative housing finance agency, creating new financing tools, and ensuring that housing solutions reach the most in need. The role requires a visionary leader with at least 10 years' leadership experience in affordable housing or related fields, deep expertise in housing finance, and a proven track record in program development and organizational management.
The ideal CEO for the company will be a strong executive capable of building and empowering high-performing teams, as well as an executor who can translate vision into action and produce results efficiently.
