    No-Fault Data Entry Claims Assistant

    We are a vibrant, busy, and ever-growing full-service law firm that is looking to increase its talented ranks of employees by adding a No-Fault Data Entry Claims Assistant with 3+ years of experience. The responsibilities of the No-Fault Data Entry Claims Assistant will include (but are not limited to), accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

    Successful Candidate

    The candidate must demonstrate a self-starter attitude with a strong work ethic and exceptional organizational skills. In addition, the candidate must be an exemplary team player who is genuinely interested in working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

    The focus of this position is to act as an integral part of the No-Fault team and carry out tasks in an efficient manner. A successful candidate must be comfortable with deadlines and handling time-sensitive information, putting together arbitration packages, and interpreting mathematical information.

    The candidate must be proficient in inputting and identifying information that pertains to new claims in a timely and accurate manner. The duties of the candidate will include working with insurance companies directly to process data entry of claims, medical records, and vendor bills, process insurance claims, and refund/claim checks, and perform daily administrative functions such as answering the phone photocopying, filing, scanning, and uploading documents to shared drives.

    What you'll need to have:

    • Experience of 3+ years as a Data Entry Specialist (No-Fault experience a plus)
    • Adaptableness; Detail and deadline-oriented.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work tasks effectively.
    • Collaborative with a can-do attitude and can work well under pressure.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

    Salary range: $45k-$55k
