    Responsibilities Peraton is currently seeking to hire an experienced Operational Assessments Analyst for the USCYBERCOM program located at Fort Meade, MD
    Operational assessments provide the Commander with the current state of the operational environment, the progress of the campaign or operation, and recommendations to account for discrepancies between the actual and predicted progress
    To adequately fulfill mission requirements, CNMF requires dedicated personnel to develop and execute the CNMF assessment process to collect data that will inform current and future defensive and offensive cyber operations

    In this role you will:

    • Provide assessments support for intelligence and cyberspace operations conducted by JTF ZERO.
    • Conduct assessments to include assisting with developing Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) and associated indicators and analyzing and updating intelligence to assess J3 operational effectiveness.
    • Maintain a repository Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) and indicators with metric results.
    • Incorporate value added metrics into the CNMF JTF ZERO operational assessment process to inform USCYBERCOM assessments process and required deliverables.
    • Analyze, report, and develop recommendations on data related to operational assessments.
    • Continuously monitor/provide assessment updates for current ops to inform status of those operations.
    • Evaluate operations against MOEs to determine progress relative to mission objectives and outcomes.
    • Develop recommendations and guidance for improvement in the operation and operational assessments process to help drive the Commander's decision cycle.
    • Perform ad hoc tasks in execution of Commander's Cyber Mission assessment priorities

    Qualifications Qualifications:

    • 2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; AS/AA and 6 years with no degree
    • Experience as a Targets Intelligence Analyst or Intelligence Analyst with a cyber or SIGINT focus
    • Minimum of High School Diploma.
    • U.S
    citizenship required

    • An active TS/SCI with poly security clearance is required

    Highly Desired:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Experience in fast-paced environment directly supporting the senior leadership of an organization.
    • Advanced understanding of analysis and target development support for OCO and DCO
    • Joint Targeting School (JTS) or equivalent Service targeting school.
    • Combat assessment course certifications from DIA or JTS.
    • Experience engaging and collaborating with IC and other interagency partners.
    • Combat assessment experience within cyber operations.
    • Demonstrated maturity in communications, professional in manner.
    • Demonstrated initiative in executing past roles and responsibilities, strong attention to detail.
    • Highly organized, flexible with tasking, and has strong ability to multitask.
    • Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness during the conduct of research and development and preparation of assessment documents, briefings, and analyses

    #LI-ET1 Target Salary Range $112,000 - $179,000
    This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors
