Description

We are a state of the art behavioral clinic for children with autism and their families.

We believe in treating the family as a whole, and as such siblings and parents are often incorporated into our therapy.

Our unique services include a 3-month parent training clinic, a direct instruction classroom, speech therapy, occupational therapy, academic instruction, after school center-based services and day-time center based services for children between the ages of 2-16.

We strive to provide compassionate and creative care to meet the needs of our families. We pride ourselves on our low staff turnover, and a family-based work atmosphere where staff satisfaction and well-being matters (our data indicate 90% of our staff rate their work experience as highly satisfied)
Designing, executing and monitoring behavioral analysis and therapy treatment programs;
Overseeing implementation of behavioral analysis programs by other Company employees;
Training, designing behavioral systems, and performance management;
Facilitating parent meetings/ parent training to ensure consistency between the home and clinic;
Completing comprehensive goals for Clients and completing reports for all necessary documentation requirements related to reimbursement from insurance companies and for review by Clients;

Other activities generally performed by a BCBA that are directly related to behavioral analysis such as activities related to oversight of Company programs and employees.
