- Schedules staff and approves time and attendance in ADP.
- Assists Director of Clinic Operations(Director) with communication to staff.
- Performs employee evaluations annually and employee counseling as needed.
- Assures HR policies and procedures are followed by employees.
- Assists with reporting for clinic at month end and as requested.
- Collaborates with other clinic coordinators and Director on process improvements and policy changes.
- Collects PI information. Prepares PI reports quarterly.
- Handles patient complaints in a swift and effective manner or escalates as necessary.
- Holds monthly meetings with staff to communicate updates, policy changes and discuss process improvements. Takes minutes for the meetings and shares with Director.
- Assists the Director with ensuring that rural health requirements are met.
- Assists with interviewing and hiring for open positions.
- Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Other duties as assigned.

These services include but are not limited to an Emergency Room, full service OR suites, an inpatient care unit, therapy services, advanced medical imaging, Home Health, and Hospice Care.
The hospital operates rural health clinics in Watseka, IL, Gilman, IL, Milford, IL, Saint Anne,IL and Kentland, IN. The hospital also operates a skilled nursing facility, Iroquois Resident Home, which is attached to the hospital property.We are currently seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and patient-centered Clinic Coordinator for our Kentland/Milford/Specialty Clinics.
The ideal candidate holds a valid RN license in Illinois and Indiana or has a MA certification and current BLS certification.
Must have excellent communication skills, knowledgeable with computers and previous office experience.
