    Tufts MC Community Care (formerly Hallmark Health Medical Associates) is looking for an experienced family medicine NP to join our multi-specialty team of more than 90 providers in 10 communities less than 10 miles north of Boston.     This position is best suited for an experienced nurse practitioner who enjoys providing primary care to a population of all ages - newborns, adolescents, adults, geriatrics. The practice is located at 178 Savin St, Malden, part of a multi-specialty group in an outpatient community setting.

      The Nurse Practitioner assumes responsibility for providing comprehensive quality healthcare to patients under the direction of the collaborating physician. The Nurse Practitioner understands the philosophy, objectives, policies of Nursing Services and provides for their implementation. Requires 2 to 3 years experience in a nurse practitioner role in primary care. Graduate of an accredited and/or approved nurse practitioner basic program. Current license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Current certification in CPR required.
