    job summary:
    Opportunity for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join a global leader. This pivotal role is instrumental in maintaining exceptional quality standards across our suppliers. As a hybrid position, you'll work remotely with one onsite day per week. We're seeking candidates with manufacturing background and self-management abilities to meet deadlines effectively.     responsibilities:
  • Evaluate supplier samples for defects and samples are within specifications and requirements.

  • Serve as the technical liaison for Category Management.

  • Maintain, and improve supplier quality assurance across assigned product categories.

  • Support suppliers through the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process, support corrective actions, and develop improvement actions for underperforming suppliers. Required

  • Bachelors in Engineering

  • 3 years as a Supplier Quality Engineer

  • 5 years of Manufacturing, Quality, or Sourcing #LI-JW1
