    SNI Financial has partnered with an amazing organization in Austin for a Financial Analyst

    SUMMARY Responsible for developing and refining key business metrics and driving robust analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities, while evaluating possible alternatives and recommend appropriate actions.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

    • Compiles and analyzes financial information ensuring that all reporting is in compliance with US GAAP.
    • Develop complex financial models to support business decisions.
    • Perform monthly financial data consolidation from ERP systems; accountable for maintenance of financial data scenarios in consolidation/planning databases.
    • Development and maintenance of company Key Performance Indicators.
    • Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting and analysis of the performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making.
    • Perform strategic and scenario analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
    • Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
    • Monthly and Quarterly accounting close activities.
    • Perform calculations and facilitate the distribution of sales incentives, compensation, and commission information to various internal stakeholders.
    • Work on adhoc projects and analysis as required
    • Support for external audit activities as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree, preferably with a major in finance, economics or statistics
    • 2-5 years experience in Finance or Business Analyst role
    • Proven proficiency in spreadsheets, databases and financial software applications
    • Excellent reporting, presenting and communication skills
    • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
    • Ability to work with large datasets
    • Strategic thinking and organizational skills
    • Proven analytical and financial modeling skills
    • Ability to work onsite in Austin TX, potential for hybrid schedule
