Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest or experience in hunting, coupled with excellent communication and sales skills.


Compensation:
$16.00/hr plus sales commissionsSchedule:
Varied with store hours and eventsResponsibilities:Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
Provide expert advice and product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:
Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
