    Join our team in Fresno We're seeking highly motivated window and patio door installers. We are currently hiring on entry-level and lead-level Installers.

    This is a full-time role with a work schedule of Mon-Fri with possible overtime.

    Renewal by Andersen provides its installers with:

    • Continued training
    • Redwing boot voucher up to $150
    • Company logo sweatshirts, t-shirts, and hats
    • Safety bag that includes fall and eye protection and cut gloves and sleeves
    • 10 key tools to start the job
    • Employer-provided job materials and PPE

    Duties include, but are not limited to:

    • This is a very hands-on position. You will need to be able to take instruction well and use power tools
    Requirements:

    Basic skills needed:

    • General construction experience, 2+ years preferred for entry-level
    • General construction experience, 2+ years required for lead-level
    • Ability to use power tools (e.g., skill/circular saw, miter saw, framing nailers/nail guns)
    • Previous window experience preferred
    • Problem solving skills
    • Great attitude

    Physical demands:

    • Ability to stand for long periods of time
    • Walk and stand on uneven surfaces
    • Lift and carry at least 70 pounds
    • Ability to climb ladders 40ft in height or greater
    • Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
